Role and Key Responsibilities

The social worker focuses on collaborating with schools, Community-based Training Centres (CBTC), and Youth Development and Training Centres (YDTCs) to advance Bright Future’s programs and initiatives. This role involves actively engaging with stakeholders to enhance their participation and support adolescent and youth development in life skills and employability.

• Conduct community mapping and profiling exercises to identify key stakeholders and schools for partnership.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities based on findings from community mapping.
• Organise events, sessions, and workshops for communities, parents, and youth groups to build awareness through the Community Building and Training Center (CBTC).

Qualifications and Schedule

• Education Required: Master of Social Work or Social Sciences
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in community work or preferably with Youth or Adolescence
• Work Hours: 6 days working
